The third volume of our series 'Le Monografie' is dedicated to a topic of great topicality, both on a medical-scientific and social level: the quality of vision in old age.
From the title of the work, it is immediately clear what the focus is today: visual correction in order to restore the eyes of those who are no longer young to a performance comparable to that of their youth.
The problem affects an ever-widening universe of people, both due to the progressive lengthening of lifespan and in relation to the increasing need to continue visually demanding activities such as driving, using tablets, PCs and the indispensable mobile phone.
